Executive Director: Patricia A. Profit
Patricia is the founder and executive director of Elect Ladies Transition Home. Patricia has worked in budget and finance for over 15 years. She is currently a resident counselor pursuing licensure in professional counseling. She greatly enjoy spending time with her husband and two young adult sons, travelling, volunteering, and talking to women..
Patricia Ann Profit- Executive Director and founder of Elect LadiesTransition Home. Patricia works full time for the Federal Government. She is pursuing her PhD in Professional Counseling, has a Master’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in professional counseling. She greatly enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, volunteering, and talking to women. She resides in Woodbridge, VA with her husband and two young adult sons.
Rhonda Dent-Treasurer- Rhonda Isler-Dent currently works for the Federal Government and has worked for the Department of Defense for over 30 years. Rhonda holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management majoring in Accounting and a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Program Management. Rhonda also works part-time with Logistics Health Inc., where she travels to different locations in support of the thousands of Reservist who serve our Country. Rhonda loves serving the men and women who keep our country safe as a Financial Manager and an Admin Provider. Rhonda is a published author with her first published book in 2009 called
“Ever Changing”. She has completed her 2nd book that is currently in the editing phase. Rhonda has started her 3rd book called “Belle.” Writing and inspirational speaking are her passions. Rhonda is married to Timothy Dent and currently resides in Stafford Va. They spend their spare time traveling and watching football. She is an avid Redskins fan (win or lose).
Dr. Melissa Beaudoin - Secretary - Dr. Beaudoin is an elected official for a local political organization. She has served on several other boards of political and non-profit organizations throughout the country. Dr. Beaudoin received her Ph.D. in Political Science. Her publications include a textbook chapter on the relationship between environment and conflict, articles on Protracted Social Conflict, and the restoration of children’s developmental in states that have endured gross human rights violations. Her works have been presented in numerous national and international conferences. Dr. Beaudoin enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling. She lives in Annandale with her husband of 29 years and has two adult married children.
Elect Ladies Transition Home is a 501C3 organization. It is established in Prince William County Virginia. It is headed by an executive director and six other board members.
Elect Ladies Transition Home is an organization dedicated to providing a place of hope to women who are struggling to handle life's difficulties, are homeless, and just need to know that there is hope.
The purpose of Elect Ladies Transition Home is to provide a faith-based environment, suitable to equip women with skills to develop a healthy self-identity and help struggling women to become empowered to live a fulfilling life.
Elect Ladies will impart to the residents basic life, spiritual emotional and psychological skills such as: having a healthy
self-awareness, having healthy relationships, boundary skills, anger management skills, crisis intervention, dealing with depression, parenting skills, budgeting and financial planning, faith building and other spiritual disciplines.
